Orders & The Journey (Shipping)

Good things take time. Because we work directly with global artisans to bring you curated pieces at accessible prices, shipping typically takes 7–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your piece begins its journey to you.

Don’t worry—this is normal. Tracking numbers often appear “stuck” while a package is in transit between international hubs or handed over to local carriers like USPS. It usually updates within 3–4 days once it reaches your local sorting facility.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place an order on a Saturday, your “processing time” begins the following Monday.

You will receive an automated “Shipping Confirmation” email with your tracking link the second your order leaves the warehouse. If you don’t see it, check your “Promotions” folder!

The Standard & Happiness (Returns/Quality)

Every item in our shop undergoes the “Homusement Standard” test. We vet our suppliers for three things: architectural design, durable craftsmanship, and that “warm minimalist” aesthetic. If we wouldn’t put it in our own homes, we won’t put it in yours.

Absolutely. If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or style, we want you to keep your original savings. Just reach out to support@homusement.com and we’ll make sure the math works in your favor.

While we offer free shipping on outgoing orders over $XX, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This allows us to keep our product prices fair and accessible for everyone.

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, meaning we never see or store your credit card information.
